How Use Jade Rollers and Gua Sha :

1. Firstly, clean your face with any regular cleanser
2. Apply night creams to your face and neck if you have any.
3. Now gently roll Jade roller over your forehead, cheeks, lip area, and neck in upward motions.
4. If you have swollen eyes or bags under your eyes, close your eyes and softly roll the small across your eyelids.\
5. Keep rolling and massaging face and neck with the roller for 5 to 10 minutes.
6. For best results use the Jade roller three times a week.
